WhatsApp’s new feature will allow users to submit bug reports

WhatsApp is making it simpler for its users to file bug reports directly from the messaging app. With all the new features that WhatsApp is working on, this is one of the new features that appeared on the recent beta update for Android. Although, this feature was only used and operated by the beta testers, the messaging app is still working on it and will release the feature for users once the testing process is over.

According to a report published by Wabetainfo, “WhatsApp is currently developing a feature that allows communicating with the technical support within the app! The first time you can contact the support within WhatsApp Settings and a new section will be available”

Whatsapp features tracker has stated that this feature will be available under the new page – ”Contact Us”. Whatsapp users will also be able to include device information when they are reporting the issues from the app. Once reporting is done the user will receive a reply from WhatsApp in a Support chat, which will allow them to interact with a WhatsApp technician and when the conversation is over, the chat will automatically be marked as closed.

For now, such issues can be reported at WhatsApp’s support email address (support@whatsapp.com). The users can submit bug reports and all other complaints here. The new feature will be released soon, and reporting will turn out to be much easier then.
