Salesforce has launched Einstein Automate, which intends to automate workflow and integrate data effortlessly. Einstein Automate is a mix of robotic process automation integrated with MuleSoft tools to orchestrate workflows and connect apps. This highlights how Salesforce strives to leverage Customer 360 to become more of a process engine for other companies.

The key parts of Einstein Automate include:
Flow Orchestrator, which is a low-code workflow development tool.
MuleSoft Composer, which integrates numerous apps and data flows and leverages a library of pre-built templates and connectors to rapidly automate workflows.
Around 700 automation tools are presently accessible on AppExchange as well as OmniStudio.
