Salesforce rolls out Einstein Automate

Salesforce has launched Einstein Automate, which intends to automate workflow and integrate data effortlessly. Einstein Automate is a mix of robotic process automation integrated with MuleSoft tools to orchestrate workflows and connect apps. This highlights how Salesforce strives to leverage Customer 360 to become more of a process engine for other companies.

“In today’s climate, every organization faces a digital imperative to automate complex processes and free up employee time to focus on customer success,” said Sarah Franklin, EVP & GM of Platform, Trailhead, and AppExchange at Salesforce. “With Einstein Automate, everyone can change the speed of work and be more productive through intelligent workflow automation.”

The key parts of Einstein Automate include:

    • Flow Orchestrator, which is a low-code workflow development tool.
    • MuleSoft Composer, which integrates numerous apps and data flows and leverages a library of pre-built templates and connectors to rapidly automate workflows.
    • Around 700 automation tools are presently accessible on AppExchange as well as OmniStudio.
