Perforce Software, a provider of solutions to enterprise teams seeking productivity, visibility, and scale throughout the development lifecycle, announced on 30th September that it has agreed to acquire Broadcom Inc’s BlazeMeter which is a Continuous Testing platform.

This acquisition builds on Perforce’s growing application quality portfolio, comprising the industry-standard mobile and web testing platform, Perfecto, and static application security. Furthermore, BlazeMeter will also benefit from this acquisition due to Perforce’s widespread community support and extensive open-source development partner ecosystem.
