    GameDriver, the Gaming Industry’s First Out-of-the-Box Automated Testing Solution now available

    GameDriver, the leading provider of automated testing cycles for video games, virtual reality, augmented reality, and other immersive experiences, announced on 17th March 2022 that its eponymous IX test automation product – the first of its kind designed specifically for the gaming and XR industries – is now widely available.

    In addition, the company also announced that it has completed its seed round, with lead investor Panoramic Ventures, led by General Partner Dan Drechsel, investing USD 2 million. The funding will enable the company to expand further and improve its development skills.

    GameDriver is designed to provide out-of-the-box testing automation solutions for 2D, 3D, and VR/AR experiences across PC, mobile, console, and standalone platforms in single and multi-player scenarios. It is currently fully compatible with the Unity engine. For mobile games, users can test locally or remotely on Windows and macOS, as well as Android and iOS devices. Unity, NUnit, Jenkins, MSTest, BitBar, and Oculus are among the game engines, test frameworks, and execution platforms that GameDriver supports, with more to follow as the product matures.
